| In the old white village of Salobrea on the Costa Tropical in Southern Spain this beautiful 3 bedroom village house is a perfect holiday base.
Designed and fitted as an owners residence it is home away from home. The entire house is fitted to a very high standard and has been lovingly cared for. The bedrooms are 1 double, 1 twin and a single with a pull out extra bed. There are two full bathrooms, large lounge dining area .and a splendid kitchen with double ovens and a 5 ring hob.
The roof terrace is just right for barbecues and sunbathing - seems funny to be sitting in the sun with snow on the Sierra Nevada mountains in the background.
The house is located in the heart of the old Spanish Village and you will experience life as it is really lived in Spain. Something of an adventure you may feel but be sure the locals will make you very welcome. The Andalucians are a warm
|  | and friendly people who will go out of their way to make you feel at home. There are a few restaurants and bars close to the house and many more in the shopping area. The beaches in Salobrea are long and safe - never overcrowded, not even during July and August.
A car would not be essential here although there are so many interesting places to visit that it would be an asset. There is a good bus service to Granada and the various coastal towns. Salobrea is a great place for Fiesta and has many colourful events during the year. The principal fiesta dates are February 28 (Andalucia day), Easter, May 3rd (Day of the Cross), October 7th (Patron Saint). These dates are always popular with visitors so please book early.
